Olympic Spirit

I just had to do this, the stadium seems to scream for a panorama shot. I'll also upload a colored version to scraps, but for me the monochrom has much more impact. If you stand there looking and all the seats are empty you almost can sense the emotions which were and will be shed. Built 1934-36 by Werner March it has seen good and bad times during the decades but nowadays it's completely restored and the place to be for 74.220 people whilst the FIFA Worldcup 2006 final.
